By using Roast My Cart ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Roast My Cart. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

What Roast My Cart Does

Roast My Cart is an AI-powered humor tool that generates comedic commentary ("roasts") on products from shopping URLs you submit. It also suggests alternative products and generates meme images. It's entertainment — not shopping advice.

Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Don't share your password with others. Notify us immediately at support@roastmycart.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content Ownership and License

Content You Generate

You own the roasts and memes generated using your account. However, by using the Service, you grant Roast My Cart a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share that content for marketing, product improvement, and platform demonstrations (e.g., featured roasts, social media examples).

Our Content

The Roast My Cart platform, design, code, and branding are owned by us. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Roast My Cart to:

• Harass, bully, or target specific individuals with generated content
• Generate content for illegal purposes
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our API
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Submit URLs of products you don't have the right to analyze
• Use generated content in a defamatory or deceptive manner

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Payments

We offer:

• Roast Five-Packs — $1 for 5 roast credits, one-time purchase
• Monthly Subscription — $5/month for unlimited roasts

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on roast five-packs — these are digital goods consumed immediately upon use. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but we do not prorate or refund the current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Roast My Cart is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of AI output, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules, except you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. By using the Service, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
