We keep this simple and honest.
Roast Five-Packs — No Refunds
Roast five-packs ($1 for 5 roast credits) are non-refundable. These are digital goods — the moment you purchase them, the credits are available in your account and ready to use. Because the digital content is delivered immediately, we cannot issue refunds on five-pack purchases.
Subscriptions — Cancel Anytime
Monthly subscriptions ($5/month) can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately
- Unlimited access is removed when cancellation is processed
- We do not prorate or refund the remaining days in your billing cycle
Example: if you cancel mid-month, future billing stops immediately and your account returns to the free plan.
Exceptions
We'll consider refunds in exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to a technical error on our end
- You were charged after a valid cancellation request
- The service was completely unavailable for an extended period
How to Request Support
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or experienced a technical issue, email us at support@roastmycart.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- A brief description of the issue
We respond within 2 business days. Stripe transaction IDs help us resolve issues faster.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension. We'd rather resolve issues directly — reach out and we'll make it right.
